Return Policy
At Deer Grace we want you to be happy with your purchase so we do have a return policy. Sale items are excluded from this policy and are final sale. See return policy below.
Returns and Exchanges:
- Shoes eligible for exchange/return must be in new condition and may be returned within 30 days of delivery for an refund, exchange, or store credit. Return postage will be deducted from the refund unless its an exchange or store credit. Original shipping will not be refunded.
- Refund will be credited when shoes are received and found in new condition.
- If an item arrives with a defect, we will send a replacement free of charge. Please email us a picture and description of the imperfection.
